HOW DOES IT WORK?

HOW HARD IS IT TO HIRE FOR LEADERSHIP?

Well, that depends on what you're looking for in a person. Factors like salary, job description, location and travel, all play a part, along with specific technical skills, years of experience, and educational background. Some of the best leaders we've connected with weren't looking for a job, but we found them at the right time and with the right opportunity. It also depends upon your hiring process, such as how many interviews will be held and how many schedules are being juggled. We've worked with clients that have gone from the interview stage to being hired in less than a month; we've seen some take several months.

HOW MUCH DOES A RECRUITER COST?

Hiring a professional staffing and recruiting agency is an investment. You'll have to do the side by side comparison in how long it's going to take you to dig through job boards, flip through resumes, set up interviews, screen candidates, and finally decide if you've got someone great. Not to mention everyone else's time that's going into the process (hiring managers, administrative staff, HR, just to name a few). We're a direct placement company and our fee varies, though it is very competitive. We're only paid if you hire someone.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO FIND MY TEAM?

The million dollar question. There are many factors that determine this, including the type of position you're trying to fill, the size of team we're looking for, and all of the niche details. We'll work around the clock searching, screening, and vetting. Sometimes, it takes just a couple of weeks to find the right match, but for more technical roles or Senior leadership, it may take longer. We'll walk you through realistic timelines during our free consultation.
