Depending upon how fast your company or team is growing, will determine if you need help. When we partner with HR, we work as an extension of your team. If you have a position that's hard to fill or an empty role that's hurting your metrics, we want to see it. We'll work within your scope and advise you when things come up. For example, if salary ranges aren't keeping up with the market or we see something that's off, we'll share our feedback with you.
